Leadership/Human Resources Management
Estela Jacomette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services and Specialization Certificates in Community Development (1974) and in Pedagogy (1987) and an Extension Certificate in Educational Psychology (UNESP Araraquara).  She also holds an MBA degree from AMANA-KEY (1992), an MBA from USP (1995), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, researching on Human Resources (2004-PUCSP). She is a specialist in Competence Management (PROGEP-FIA-SP), and holds a doctorate in Education: Curriculum researching on Curriculum Innovation for the Lato Sensu Graduate Course (2014-PUCSP). She is also a Certified Coach from ICI (2010), FACET5 Certified from DM Recursos Humanos and MBTI I and II Certified from Fellipelli Consultoria. Estela has held executive positions in Brazilian and multinational companies, having attended numerous courses in Human Resources. She teaches Competence Management, Organizational Culture, Leadership and People Management. As an adjunct professor at FDC, she is a scientific advisor of the specialization program in São Paulo and a project advisor for executive development programs (PDE). At Fundação Getúlio Vargas and FIA she works as a faculty member teaching for large companies such as Ajinomoto, Panasonic, BUNZL, Assist Card, Banco Bradesco, Itau, EPTV, among others.
