Bruno Portela is an Associate Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, where he works as a consultant, academic advisor, program monitor, and speaker in the areas of Strategy, Communication, Marketing, Sales Management, Customer Relationship, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.
With over 27 years of experience bridging academia and business practice, he has supported the development of hundreds of organizations through projects focused on strategic planning, market positioning, commercial structuring, digital marketing, customer journey, branding, and customer experience.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, a postgraduate degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication. He teaches in MBA, executive education, customized programs, and international partnerships at FDC, and is also a faculty member at ESPM and guest professor at global institutions such as Oxford, Audencia, CEIBS, and Skolkovo.
Bruno’s professional background includes work with companies such as Unilever, Souza Cruz, Localiza, AMBEV, Palácio das Artes, and BH Shopping. He has solid executive experience in the consumer goods, retail, culture, communication, and services sectors.
He is the co-author of the book “É Só Marketing?” (Saraiva Publishing) and founder of the consulting firms Pizzicatto and Slap, dedicated to business development through advisory, mentoring, and training solutions.
His approach connects strategy, creativity, and execution with a focus on creating long-lasting value and driving sustainable transformation for people, brands, and organizations.
