Aldemir Drummond Junior holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. He was the Executive Dean for Executive, Faculty Member and Education at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, 2016- 2020. He is also a professor at FDC, dealing in the following areas: competitive strategy, strategy implementation, strategy in multinational companies, strategy in emerging economies. At FDC, Aldemir Drummond also held the positions of coordinator of the Center for Strategy and International Business, scientific advisor of the program Strategy & Execution, coordinator of the program BRICs on BRICs, Human Resources Director (2001 – 2004) and Coordinator of the Executive MBA Program (1998 – 2004). In the custom programs, Aldemir has worked with senior executives from companies such as ABB, Arcelor Mittal, British American Tobacco, Bosch, Bunge, EADS, Embraer, Halma, NEC, Novartis, Pirelli, Syngenta, Vale, Votorantim and VW.
