Leni is a full-time professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, working on the fields of leadership and people management. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from USP, a specialization certificate in Marketing from EAESP – Fundação Getúlio Vargas, an International Executive MBA from FIA, a Master’s Degree from Universidade Mackenzie and Université de Pau et des Pays de L’Adour (France) and a PhD Degree from Université de Pau. Her 35-year corporate career was built in different organizations (private and public – national and international) from different sectors, being responsible for HR Strategic Management, involving most of the time, business model change processes, which led to culture and management processes change. Leni had relevant international experience in France, as world director at Rhodia food additives company. She has been in the academic area since 2005, having been a faculty member of different institutions (Mackenzie, FGC, FIA, FEI, Insper) for undergraduate and graduate programs, MBA programs, Master programs, and, open and custom executive education programs. Area of interest: People Management, Culture and Organizational Change, Leadership, Organizational Performance, Innovation and Digital Transformation. Some of her publications are the books Expatriação de Executivos and Internationalisation des Entreprises. She also co-authors the books Universidades Corporativas (3rd place in the Jabuti Prize), Paradoxos Organizacionais and Compliance em Saúde.
