Professor Eduardo Véras holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Business from UFSC. He has also attended development programs in Corporate Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral, Strategy and Business Tools from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago/USA and Board Member Development Program from Fundação Dom Cabral, adding to the program in Corporate Governance, in 2012. Eduardo Véras is an adjunct professor at FDC, dealing in the areas of Business Strategy and Strategic Marketing, merging with his over-12-year professional experience as an executive in multinational organizations and as a consultant in business, focusing on structured expansion of companies. His current role is of a member in board councils and advisory councils, leader of corporate governance processes, succession processes and, many times, operating in mergers and acquisitions, counting on his partnership with private equity management agency. Professor Véras also uses his experience in lectures and presentations on “Expansion Strategies: organic and inorganic movements”, “Value as a key factor for companies’ success”, “Branding as a Strategic Asset” and “Go-to-market strategies”.
