Eduardo Frosini is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, an expert in Strategic Management. Having held a 30-year career, Eduardo has worked in more than 100 projects, acquiring relevant experience in health management, information technology, food industry, basic industry, automotive, retail, logistics, service and the third sector. He has attended programs in change, human and organizational development such as Systemic Constellations by Bert Hellinger and Frameworks for Change – Coaching Process. Frosini is also certified to lead Transformation Game Workshops – from InnerLinks Associates, Inc.- USA, Executive Coaching from Net Profit Brasil, and international certification by Center for Advanced Coaching. At FDC, Prof. Frosini works for PAEX (Partners for Excellence) Program as an advisor and PDD (Leaders Development Program), PDA (Advanced Management Program) and custom projects for companies such as: Unimed, LG, Sasazaki, Santa Helena, Usina da Pedra, Shift and Consinco, among others. As an executive in Corporate Strategy, Eduardo Frosini developed his career at PwC, having had international experience in Argentina, Chile and France, and in Financial Management Consulting (McKinsey spin-off), working for global companies such as Roche, Alstom, CSN and Alpargatas, among others. He has also held executive positions at Grupo Camargo Corrêa and worked in partnership with international consulting firms (PwC, IBM, Tendências em Cias) for companies such as Natura, Anfavea , FIAT, Rapidão Cometa, Grupo Moura, among others. He is a facilitator in seminars at ABRH São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and CONARH.
