Armando worked for 23 years at Citibank/Citigroup, in Brazil and the USA.  He began his career as an executive trainee, having several managerial roles in Corporate Banking, Agribusiness, Real Estate, Credit, Cash Management, Operations and Information Technology.  He was the head executive in many business units, where he managed complex and challenging situations such as troublesome credit liquidations, turnarounds of deteriorated businesses, development and implementation of large automatized systems, and new product launching.  He also created and established new business units. In 1993, he left Citibank in the United States, founding and taking over the CEO position of a new business – a call center – with cutting-edge technology and specialized in custom-care outsourcing for the banking sector in North America. In 1999, after selling this company to a private investor, Armando became a shareholder and CEO of a company, then in a serious situation, which produces an innovative and ecological material for protective packages. After concluding the turnaround process, the business expanded sales and market share. In 2007, Ferrazoli sold his participation in this company and returned to Brazil, where he associated with a well-known investment bank, specialized in medium company’s mergers and acquisitions, focusing on finance restructuring of business in difficult situations. Currently, Armando is and adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, where he works as a scientific advisor for SMEs and assists in the development, implementation and execution of strategic planning. Parallel to that, he provides training services to large banks, being a facilitator in programs on finance, credit, financial analysis, sales management and customer relationship.  Armando holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo and attended specialization programs in Commercial Real Estate and International Business Management at New York University, besides having participated in many extension and development programs at Citibank with renowned professors from the best American universities.
