Resumo: There is a growing concern on the part of companies regarding the human being's life considering the context of worker-company relations, guiding them to actions privileging the individual's well-being, such as leisure. In this perspective, the aim of this research is to analyze the perception of workers from a large Brazilian Energy Company located in State of Minas Gerais, and also members of its Recreational Association, about spaces and leisure activities offered, identifying the limits and the possibilities of these actions and the use of spaces by workers who experience them. The methodological procedures chosen were descriptive-quantitative research, using the case study and survey, applying an online questionnaire as a collection tool. The results showed that leisure offered by the Company is considered as an option by the workers, for whom leisure is related to the quality of life, fun and searching for satisfaction. Workers recognize leisure brings benefits to them and the Company.
