14:00 - 14:40 Session "Questions I never dared to ask" - Iluminada Severino (founders) and María Francisca Fonseca (Next Generation) These session will divide the family groups into older and younger generations and ask for each group to develop questions for the family and business based on their generations perspective and then compare the question sets with each group afterwards
14:40- 15:20 Sharing the questions created by each generational group – Maria Teresa Roscoe (founders) and María Francisca Fonseca (Next Generation)
15:20 - 16:20 Family Action Planning (every one) Researchers will sit with each family and ask them to reflect on the events and information contain in the past two days of the summit in order to create a series of activities and goals that they can execute in the future.
16:20 - 16:30 Evaluation Survey (every one) The families in attendance will be asked to provide feedback on the summit, presentations and activities.
