STC Executive - Skills, Tools & Competencies
Program Framework
STC is laid out in two stages: the first one happens at Fundação Dom Cabral, at the Aloysio Faria Campus (Brazil), and the second one at the Kellogg School of Management, at the Allen Center (USA).
Brazil Stage
It is at this stage that we begin our UNDERSTAND TO ACT journey! Themes such as Brazilianity and worldview, our common future and sustainable decisions, and the macro environment from an economic and financial perspective support the process to understand the context. By gazing into new insights and other signs, we propose a reflection about the future of our organizations within the context of new realities.
The differential that supports this approach is based on a discussion about the impact such a context bears on our organizations, on understanding the paradigms and possibilities that emerge, and on co-building a new leadership mindset.
The Personal Development Project (PDP) that begins at this stage will contribute to consolidate the UNDERSTAND TO ACT process and to launch the bridgeheads to the competencies that we need to develop in the dimensions of our personal and professional
lives.

USA Stage
In the USA, executives will share management concepts and tools, exchange experiences and debate business cases from a business management perspective.
An integrated knowledge of the strategic areas – marketing, finance, organizational behavior, technology and leadership - will enhance the competencies that support the formulation and implementation of competitive strategies from the perspective of the
reading of contexts that were developed at the previous stage.
A simultaneous translation system will be available to participants during this stage. However, it is important to know English to interact in international environments.
