Methodology
STC draws upon a dynamic methodology that includes the use of diversified activities to privilege the links between concepts and their application. Thus, based on individual and collective reflections, participants are encouraged to structure new responses to
business challenges. Among the methodologies used, we would like to highlight the following:
Case studies
Domestic and international business practices are presented and debated to reinforce various management concepts.
“Fireside chats” and lectures
Moments for debating and reflecting. Domestically and internationally renowned entrepreneurs and executives offer an opportunity to compare business theories and practices.
Cultural activities
These promote a broader view of the world and of people by opening up new intellectual and cultural horizons, besides promoting an intense spirit of companionship.
Business game
A simulation that offers a virtual environment to implement and debate strategies by applying the knowledge, the skills and the attitudes developed and encouraged throughout the program.
Healthcare Self-management
Daily morning walks and stretching and relaxing exercises at the end of classroom activities.
