Knowledge
• Management Development Program: every year two executives from each organization take part in a 96-hour development program together with PAEX executives. The program focuses on strategic planning, marketing, finance, people, project management and assessment, and processes.
Management
• Management group: the president (main leader), senior managers and managers from each organization receive direct monitoring from FDC specialists.
• Design the strategic project with the organization: joint development of the organization’s vision of the future. The strategic plan is prepared and implemented together with the organization.
• Results Contract: annual, with a five-year perspective. The results contract stems from the strategic project and its goals are set in results contracts.
• Monthly Management Assessments: control and follow up on the go als that have been set; actions are redirected as needed.
• Monitoring/Methodologies: a moment when specialists from FDC and from the partner organization work together by melding theory to the day-to-day work in the financial, marketing, processes and people areas. It consists of customized monitoring, and the methodologies available are adjusted and implemented according to each company’s needs.
Exchange
• Annual network meeting: presidents and senior executives have a chance to carry out exchanges with other organizations, sectors, countries and cultures. The meeting is a chance to exchange ideas about scenarios and subsidize the preparation of the strategic project.
• The presidents’ committee: a limited group made up by the main leader of each partner organization discusses current themes and issues in common while promoting development and integration among the executives. In this case, two meetings are held exclusively for Social Organizations and two are held together with the presidents of PAEX partnership companies.
• Senior management group: professionals meet and exchange experiences while coming into contact with updated, internationalclass content.
