Senior managers from Brazilian companies and from multinational ones from the primary and from the industrial and services sectors get together to discuss global competition, the new challenges put to contemporary organizations and the knowledge and skills demanded from them as they lead their businesses.
Advanced Management Program promotes a broad and strategic reflection as it takes into account the international environment, Brazil’s insertion into the current scenario and the development of the participants as business leaders. Program Framework
Brazil Stage
For one week, professors from FDC and their guests will promote deep discussions about the key issues business management currently faces as they broach not only aspects that are specific to the Brazilian economy but also the challenges the companies present here face.
France Stage
The two and a half weeks participants will spend at INSEAD represent an excellent time for participants to distance themselves from their reality and reflect on their careers, on their entrepreneurial competence, and on their company’s performance. The dynamics proposed by the program lead to a deep learning experience by encouraging participants to exercise their analytical and judgment skills.
Wrap-up Stage
As they seek to consolidate the main points learned along the previous modules, participants are challenged to present their reflection about “Themes for Excellence” by reinforcing concepts, questioning their practices and proposing new ways to look at their realities.
