The Executive Development Program – PDE offers a framework that allows a privileged reflection and debate forum in which companies and executives have a chance to compare, analyze, question and review their realities, positioning and paradigms. There are four classroom moments in which companies participate intensively as they aim to develop the Application Project.
Preparation Workshop
It is held at the participating company and its aims are as follows:
- Present the Application Project theme that has previously been defined by the company's senior management.
- Interaction between the sponsor and the participants as regards developing the Application Project.
- Commitment to the Application Project.
- Expectations leveling.
Modules 1 and 2
Besides the conceptual workload described in the Content item, executives receive guidance as regards developing the Application Project and take part in personal and cultural development activities.
Module 3: Presenting the Application Projects
It is a learning opportunity based on the solutions developed by each participating company and presented in a privileged executive forum. In this module the participating companies will present their Application Projects in a shared event.
