Critical vision and updated business thinking
One of an executive’s main attributions is that of interfacing efficiently between senior management and the operational level, between setting strategy and carrying it out within organizations. To carry it out successfully it is important that executives should be challenged to broaden their strategic thinking and their multifunctional vision while enhancing their capability to put ideas into practice as they are supported by a high performance team. Participants from each company develop an Application Project to put in practice the learning they have obtained and shared on strategically relevant themes that are defined by their organization's senior management.
This program will help to develop the knowledge that is needed for executives to become effective leaders and to raise the level of excellence of their skills at carrying out the interface between the key functions at their organizations.
Who Should Attend
It is recommended for groups of at least four senior managers per company who are responsible for the interface between strategic and operational levels at their organizations. |
