Conceptual Model
The Shareholder Development Partnership working dynamics entails presential meetings, monitoring and Network meetings.
Presential meetings are based on exchanges among participants, on conceptual teachings, on exchanges of experiences among the families, and on the know ledge offered by FDC professors and researchers.
The partnership also offers meetings with each one of the families separately to deal with specific issues.
Furthermore, by attending the Partnership families will become members of the Network. This Network offers meetings with debates and lectures for current and former participants as well as applied monitoring on different themes so that each family can choose which ones and how many it wants to attend.
On Demand Support / Monitoring
On-demand support is another of the differentials offered by the Partnership.
Counting on the support of an inter and multidisciplinary team, the families have the chance to identify and discuss questions that are specific to their families and their companies in their quest to develop the appropriate educational solution to make it possible for the companies and the owner families to continue to grow.
Partnership Network
The Network makes it possible for families to meet other Partnership participants and former participants to carry out further activities, debates and lectures on themes that are relevant to family business.
By holding such meetings, the Network aims to promote knowledge and enhance networking through contact with people who face the same issues and share the same dreams and ideals.
