Shareholder Development Partnership Presentation An environment that allows the owner families to exchange experiences and grow more mature.
Development in harmony with the surroundings: it is essential both in Nature and in family businesses.
 |
As it aims to preserve and maximize equity and while facilitating performance and business continuity, FDC promotes the Shareholder Development Partnership.
This partnership makes it possible for families that own family businesses to grow more mature and so lead their businesses better. Based on exchanges of experiences among participants and on conceptual teachings carried out at meetings mediated by FDC, grandparents, parents, children, uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces, heirs, partners and shareholders seek to align the perceptions, responsibilities, prerogatives, rights and strategies that are appropriate to their families and to their companies.
The Shareholder Development Partnership promotes reflections on themes that are relevant to owner families. The following are among the subjects that are analyzed at the meetings: relationships of trust, the roles |
|
and responsibilities within companies and within families, equity and legal issues, company management, the risks and responsibilities pertaining to shareholders and administrators, governance, defining rules, relationships, setting up Councils, and others.
It is by carrying out such analyses that it is possible to establish a common denominator among shareholders and thus lead participants to find different ways to improve the performance of their businesses.
The Partnership environment is a multidisciplinary one that aims to integrate families, and it is ideal to develop shareholders whether they take part in management or not.
Who Should Attend Family business owners, heirs, partners and shareholders.
