“It is difficult to imagine Estado de Minas newspaper not being a member of the FDC PAEX partnership. This partnership is at a mature stage and we have already absorbed the main strategic planning fundamentals and their ramifications. Our challenge now is to disseminate this experience throughout the organization by practicing management indicators clearly while constantly seeking to improve processes. The monthly results assessment meetings, AGMs, are one of the highlights of the PAEX partnership. They have been quite productive and have constantly challenged our executives to think differently to seek new market challenges. As a matter of fact, our company’s main project nowadays is to expand our subscriber bases, and this project was born and has been followed up on within the AGMs.”

We believe that the PAEX partnership is much more than an annual plan for companies, as when we became PAEX members we gained access to updated knowledge and to the best market practices available.
