World-Organizations Connection

World-Organizations Connection aims to bring together senior management from large Brazilian companies that share issues, interests and purposes and, based on such aspects, to challenge them to dialogues, to exchanges, and to build new knowledge.
Thus, COMn becomes a space to share experiences and practices while promoting change and the development of new practices that will be transferred to the participating organizations under the guidance of FDC experts.
Last year, COMn dealt with the following subjects: Strategic Leadership, Company Internationalization, and Sustained Growth.
Working Dynamics
The first step World-Organizations Connection takes is to seek people at the same hierarchical level who are interested in the same theme.
Working together with this group, FDC defines the demands, the focus and the content that will be discussed, as well as how often and for how long this group will meet. By using this joint building system, FDC works as a facilitator and offers academic knowledge and experience as it seeks other experiences that will complement the group’s knowledge. Thus, it guides senior managers as it encourages them to reflect, develop competencies and cast new gazes on issues that are linked to business reality.
