Specialization in Business Management Program - Post-Graduate Course - São Paulo
Methodology
Achieving a balance between theory and practice in order to apply concepts is one of the philosophies of Fundação Dom Cabral. It is with this intention that the methodology developed for the Program unites support for scientific management knowledge with activities to lead participants to experience real-world corporate situations, represented by experiential learning. The Program will also feature the following supplementary learning activities:
Dialogue with the Market
Situations in which participants will have the opportunity to interact with executives and business people to debate major issues involving sustainable enterprise.
Discovery and Applications Panel
The Discovery and Applications Panel will be produced during experiential learning activities, in which participants will be encouraged to investigate, analyze and create sector or corporate solutions using the triple bottom line perspective. This panel will support the creation of application projects.
Application Project
The Application Project is the course completion work, in which each participant will use management knowledge to analyze and plan structured solutions in the Discovery and Applications Panel. The Application Project will be developed with the support of an advisory professor and submitted to a panel consisting of the advisory professor, other FDC professors and professionals from partner companies.
