The People emphasis is aimed at professionals from all sectors who wish to enhance their competencies as people managers.
The objective of this emphasis is to develop the competencies needed to manage people as regards both strategic and technical dimensions from the perspective of external changes and the need to achieve business results.
This emphasis leads to an understanding of the attitudes, behaviors and relations among people within organizations. It also encourages participants to develop interpersonal skills to lead, to work in teams and to respond to the challenges stemming from the unpredictability of the organizational context.
Participants who wish to attend the People emphasis must structure their curriculum as follows:
Participants must attend at least 72 class hours of elective disciplines in their emphasis.
