To register for the Change Leadership program the candidate must fill in the registration form and take part in an interview whose date and venue will be scheduled beforehand. Selection
Selection for the FDC Change Leadership program follows criteria based on setting up groups that are homogeneous as to their level and diversity of experience. Thus, it makes it possible for participating companies to engage interlocutors in their exchange and learning process. Should FDC ascertain that this is not the most suitable program at the moment, it will suggest another one that can fulfill the needs of the company.
