The content of programs is built around a menu of “Core” themes and topics. These are common to most management groups’ needs whose objective is to learn about the Brazilian environment, investment opportunities, and operating do’s-and-don’ts.
In addition to the “Core”, many groups want to examine other themes and topics that cut across the management disciplines and often reflect new management challenges.
