FDC PROFESSORS

José Ernesto Bologna – Bachelor in Business Administration, Universidade Mackenzie, and Bachelor in Psychology, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP. Extension courses at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA, and at the University of Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. Local and international lecturer in the field of Development Psychology applied to Business Administration. He is the founder and the main executive of Ethos Desenvolvimento, and he has co-authored several articles and books in the field of Development Psychology applied Education and to Business Administration and Institutions, such as: “Estação Desembarque – referências existenciais para o jovem contemporâneo” (Pub: Deleitura); “O Dragão e a Borboleta”, with other authors (Pub: Axis Mundi); “Diálogos Criativos”, with Domenico de Masi and Frei Betto (Pub: Deleitura); “Brasil Destinos”, with Guilherme Magalhães (Pub: Terragraph); “Autonomia e Autoridade” (video, Atta Mídia e Educação); “Gestão Escolar” (a collection of four videos, Atta Mídia e Educação).

Marta Campello – Master in Administration, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, Bachelor in Psychology, Universidade FUMEC. Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Team Development, Self-knowledge, People Management and Coaching. She is also a member of the FDC Leadership Development Center and a researcher in the field of socio-emotional leadership.

Sigmar Malvezzi – Doctor in Management, Lancaster University, UK. Guest professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the field of Organizations and Organizational Behavior. Professor at Instituto de Psicologia, Universidade de São Paulo. He has authored over 60 publications such as newspaper articles, book chapters, texts in large circulation newspapers and in journals, papers in conference annals, and technical papers in the fields of HR, Organizations, Work, Globalization, Management and Psychology.

ESADE PROFESSORS

Alex Rovira – Bachelor in Administration and Company Management. ESADE Executive Education program director. He frequently writes for several domestic and international written media, and he is the author of “La Brújula Interior” and the coauthor of “La Buena Suerte” and “Los Siete Poderes”, which has been translated into ten languages. “El Laberinto de La Felicidad”, his latest book, was published in October, 2007, and it was offered in 12 languages. This book launches the personal growth, essay and business narrative collection named “Colección Alex Rovira” (Editora Aguilar, Grupo Santillana).

Camélia Ilie – Doctor in Company Organization, ICADE. Superior Engineer, Bucharest Polytechnic University. MBA, Universidad Externado de Colombia and SEP, ESADE. Before coming to ESADE she held management positions for over 16 years at multinational companies, business schools and marketing firms in several EU countries and in Eastern Europe, North and South America. Strategic simulation professor in MBA and Mathematics in business administration programs. She is currently collaborating with the ESADE HR department by teaching High-Performance Team Development in the full-time MBA program, Talent Development in the HR
program, and coaching in different executive education programs in Madrid.

Joan Quintana – Bachelor in Psychology, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. ESADE HR Management department academic collaborator. Specialization course in Organizational Development with Itamar Rogovsky (GR Institute for Organizational Development) and in Systemic and Strategic Analysis with Paul Watzlawick (Mental Research Institute, Palo Alto – California). A former La Caixa HR Management and Development director, he currently leads strategic projects in both the private and the public sectors while also working for senior management as a personal aide.

José María Gasalla – Doctor in Economic and Business Sciences, Universidad Autònoma de Madrid, and a diploma in Advanced Doctoral Studies in Social Psychology, Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Director of the Strategic People and Business Leadership (DEPN) program at ESADE Madrid and tenured professor of Company Organization at Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas e Empresariais, UAM. An internationally renowned consultant in the field of organizational change and development, he has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant/aide for private and public organizations in several different sectors. As an author, he has published several works, notably the books “La Nueva Dirección de Personas” and “Marketing para la Formación de Directivos”, as well as over 150 articles in the fields of strategy, people management and organizational learning.

Patricia Cauquí – ESADE HR Management department academic collaborator as a professor and coach in the LEAD program. Bachelor in Journalism, UCM, Master in Sports Psychology, UNED, and Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA), ESADE.
She spent the first five years of her professional career as a project manager in several former USSR countries, in Africa and in the Caribbean. She was head of marketing content for the launching of Via Digital in Spain and she worked for Ya.com, first as head
of electronic commerce and later as general manager of its travel portal, Viajar.com. Due to her love of psychology and human relations, she turned her professional career around in 2002 and graduated as a coach (ICF). Since 2004, she has dedicated herself
to executive coaching and worked for some large Spanish and multinational companies, and from April, 2005, she has worked in ESADE/Bolsas Lider da Comunidade de Madrid, a mentoring program that aims to truly incorporate women into leadership positions.

Pilar Jericó – Doctor in Company Organization. Company consultant, professional lecturer and a member of the prestigious Thinking Heads lecturer network. Professor at IE – Instituto de Empresa, at ESADE and at CEU. She has authored the books “La Nueva Gestión del Talento: Construyendo Compromiso” (Prentice Hall, 2008), “No Miedo en la Empresa y en la Vida” (Alienta, 2006) and “Gestión del Talento” (Prentice Hall, 2001).
