Selection
FDC has established a selection process to analyze registration forms. Its purpose is to set up groups whose diversity of experiences will allow companies and participants to find interlocutors for their exchanges and learning process. Should the High-Performance Leadership program not be the most suitable program for either the company or the executive, FDC will suggest another solut ion.

Further Information
Participants must speak Spanish at an intermediate level to be able to talk to their coach in Spanish and to read the leadership competence assessment report. Simultaneous translation from Spanish into Portuguese will be offered during the classes in Madrid. Class material will not be translated.
