The international FDC program that will introduce you to the only person who can make a true leader out of you: you yourself.
Several competencies are needed to be able to lead at a high level of performance, such as: influence, inspiring leadership, conflict management, self-knowledge to manage yourself and to deal with emotions efficiently, a systematic effort at self-development, a vision of the future, optimism, courage and credibility.
It is to meet such demands that, in partnership with ESADE/Madrid, FDC recommends High-Performance Leadership: the individual dimension, a program that focuses on developing socio-emotional leadership competencies in managers who seek to enhance their effectiveness and their performance as leaders of people, processes and results.
This program moves beyond information and offers participants a process to assess leadership competencies that invites deep selfreflection. Learn about your strong points and the points you must improve so that you will be able to build a development plan to improve competence gaps together with an ESADE coach during the program’s Madrid stage.
