• Assessment-self and hetero assessment of leadership competencies through LEAD - Leadership Executive Assessment and Development, a tool developed by ESADE visiting professor Richard Boyatzis, who has also co-authored several books and articles on Emotional Intelligence together with Daniel Goleman. • Individual coaching session during the Spain stage to receive feedback on the assessment process and guidance to build the action plan to improve competence gaps. • Preparing a development plan for high-performance leadership.
