Strategic People Management is an international program that emphasizes how important it is to align people management to business strategy.

Culture, leadership, motivation, mobilization and adaptability are all studied as critical factors that will lead to achieving results.

Fundação Dom Cabral has run the Strategic People Management program in partnership with INSEAD, France, for 13 years. The program draws on a faculty who encourage all participants to reflect on current paradigms, to understand the demands put forth by society and by the organizational environment, and most of all, to broaden their repertoire of questions and possibilities to find answers within such a context.

It is recommended to leaders and managers from different areas who wish to integrate people management to organizational strategy.
