FDC believes that each organization has its own identity, a differentiated level of competencies, plans and development aims. It is based on such a premise that a Customized Program is built together with clients to meet their specific development needs.
A Customized Program is a process that will promote an organization’s development and/or change. Teams from the client organization and from FDC join forces to build a joint solution.
FDC’s main differential lies in its focus on the educational characteristics of the process, which are based on some important premises:
• Clients are the protagonists of the process, the ones who know their organizations’ reality and the environment they are in very well. |
• FDC adds value to the process by mobilizing existing knowledge, by articulating it with new knowledge while using contemporary methodologies and applying them to the organizations’ context.
• The educational characteristics make it possible for the people involved to develop answers to the problem, elaborate the knowledge that has been generated and apply it to new situations.
