Charles F. Knight, MBA - Cornell University, the author of the book Performance without Compromise and Chairman emeritus of Emerson since 2004. At the age of 37 he became the youngest-ever president of a large-size company in the USA. In the 27 years he was at the helm of the company, revenues (US$ 15 billion) and net profit (US$ 1.4 billion) increased by more than 16 times. He was a member of the board at AT&T, BP, IBM and Caterpillar, among other companies.

Ken Bardach, Vice Dean and Director of Executive Education at the Olin School of Business, has gained vast experience in the field of executive education and MBA at several business schools in the USA, including at Kellogg. In the business world, Prof. Bardach was responsible for development and executive programs at Harris Corp. and Deere & Co.

Anjan Thakor, PhD. – Finance - Northwestern University, is the author of the book "Growth Engine". Several times he has been elected the best professor at universities where he has taught (Washington University, University of Michigan, Indiana University) and he used to be a member of the Nomination Committee for the Nobel Prize in Economics (1993-2004).

Jackson Nickerson, PhD. – Business Management - University of California in Berkeley, is a professor of Organization and Strategy at the Olin School of Business. The author of several articles, Prof. Nickerson focuses his research on Strategy, Organization and Corporate Survival.

Stacy Jackson has a doctorate degree from Rice University and is an expert in the fields of Leadership and Professional Development. He has authored several publications in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Development and Organizational Change, HR Management. Prof. Jackson was mentioned by BusinessWeek magazine as being one of the outstanding professors from the 25 best business schools.

Carlos Arruda, PhD. – International Management - University of Bradford Management Centre, England. Innovation and Competitiveness professor and the coordinator of the Fundação Dom Cabral Innovation Center, Prof. Arruda is also the coordinator of the IMD studies World Competitiveness Yearbook and Global Competitiveness Report of the World Economic Forum in Brazil. A member of the Unicon curators’ council.

Luiz Augusto Lobão, Master in Production Engineering - UFSC, is a professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and planning director at Partnership & Associados. He teaches in the areas of Strategy, Company Management, Management Control, Management Models and Organization and Organizational Behavior, in the PAEX Network.
