The emphasis on People is aimed at professionals from all fields who seek to enhance their competencies as people managers.
The goal of this emphasis is to develop the competencies that are needed to manage people, both as regards strategic and technical dimensions, from the perspective of external changes and the need for business results.
The emphasis allows participants to gain an understanding of attitudes, behaviors and relations among individuals in organizations. It also encourages participants to develop interpersonal skills to lead, carry out teamwork and respond to the challenges that stem from the unpredictability of the organizational context.
