The Specialization in Management Program offers an enhanced education model that aims to develop skills and attitudes as well as technical knowledge in the field of management. It brings together theory and practice under the guidance of professors who meld academic and business experience. It results in a course whose excellence is widely recognized and that takes both individuals and groups into account, thus contributing to participants’ personal and professional growth while helping them in their careers and the tasks they carry out.
One of the differentials of the FDC Specialization in Management Program is the flexibility it offers in choosing the emphasis, the content and the time to finish the course. Participants will study for a minimum of 360 hours of compulsory and optional disciplines, define their curriculum and also the schedule when they wish to attend each discipline - during the week and/or on the weekends. There are six emphases offered: Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Business, People and Projects.
