Culture is a set of values, behaviors and assumptions shared by a group of individuals who belong to an organization. Conceptually, we can divide it into three categories: macro culture, which is visible culture; meso culture, the one known only by those who work for the company; and micro culture, which is linked to an individual’s personal values. While macro culture means desires, micro culture is a cause. These are the aspects we deal with in the programs focused on identifying and disseminating company culture.
The customization process
The process of building a customized solution related to organizational culture cannot be separated from a company’s strategy, vision, mission, objectives and goals, from the competitive environment the company is in, from the way its teams work and, finally, from the individual. The customized educational solution must work effectively on aligning and coordinating the efforts to reach satisfactory results within a cultural change process. It is necessary to measure critical factors by working qualitatively and quantitatively.
