Leadership
Presentation
Leadership is one of the main factors in an organization’s development and sustainability, and it is the reason why companies have increasingly invested in developing their leaders. Management excellence requires leaders at several levels in the organization, and they must be committed to business results while striving to strengthen their development process.
Programs and actions to develop leadership cannot generate results through isolated events. They require continuous investment linked to the dynamics of the business. They must encourage the leader’s interest in his/her own personal knowledge as they contemplate the influence exerted on other individuals, the organization and society.
Developing the solution
Leadership development solutions use several approaches that are always aligned with the environment within which the organization and its managers are inserted. The choice of the best approach is made by identifying the needs and the current positioning of the company, such as:
- Integrated models that develop managers and their successors, their teams, human resources departments, and the main leaders linked to the organization's systems and processes.
- Leadership Development path model.
- Formal development models.
- Programs that may include: formal development actions; follow-up of “knowledge practice”; application projects; coaching; performance follow-up systems (performance and potential analysis, successor development).
The models mentioned above include follow-up of “knowledge practice”, application projects, coaching, performance follow-up systems and support both during and after delivering the solution.
