Development programs and actions focus on the influence a leader exerts on society, on individuals and on organizations. The customization process to develop leadership competence at FDC involves assessing:
- The desire to become a leader.
- The availability for assessment and feedback.
- Choosing a coach to support personal and professional development.
- Formulating an implementing action plans and applying knowledge to one’s day-to-day tasks.
- Contact with other leaders.
- Acquiring knowledge to build up a solid conceptual foundation.
