Companies that are more attuned to the future and to the new perspectives of the market are constantly incorporating new concepts, values and strategies to their management. Among the future perspectives of organizations there is growing concern about their capacity to innovate. Innovation can bring productivity gains, increased quality in products and services, cost reduction, greater operational efficiency, a temporary monopolization of market opportunities and, as a result, competitive symmetries vis-à-vis their direct competitors.
