Developing Senior Executives

To identify the critical issues that senior executives deal with on a day-to-day basis and the problems linked to company longevity: this is the main challenge in the process of developing a group of senior executives. The program discusses these issues in a structured way that is permeated by concepts and moments for reflections. One of the aims is to achieve a critical vision of the clear limitations of the roles of each senior executive and of his/her team, focusing on developing the group and, consequently, the company itself.
Developing the solution
The program begins by identifying the context of the team and of the senior executives. Needs are met according to the strengths, gaps, the result to be achieved, the challenges and difficulties faced. From then on specific themes are developed that are aimed at senior executives so they can deal with the needs of the company.
