Organizations that believe that it is critical and strategic to their longevity to be able to learn and reinvent themselves as a response to current and, especially, to future challenges, shape and delineate their educational efforts by creating Corporate Universities. Such institutions play a fundamental role in supporting and, simultaneously, provoking the development process of human capital, of the organization and of its value network. This is a daily and growing effort by organizations to understand their environment and to respond proactively, quickly and innovatively to contemporary issues.
Preparing the solution
FDC has partnered several organizations to build Corporate University models and/or the educational framework that supports them. Besides such structural dimensions FDC also collaborates in developing and delivering educational solutions that develop the contents built with the company and in which technologies are transferred to strengthen our partner universities’ identity and autonomy. As it works in this process FDC believes that each organization has its own context, culture, challenges, way to act, market and, especially, its human capital, and thus each organization is an absolutely specific entity. That is why FDC deals with all these aspects in their particularity and, fundamentally, in their alignment, as it designs a Corporate University.
