About the council
FDC is mobilizing its International Advisory Council to enhance brand recognition and broaden its international network, as well as to help formulate and implement its internationalization strategy.
The goals for FDC's International Advisory Council are to:

Establish a high-level network of senior decision makers from business, academic, public and nongovernmental sectors who are interested in Brazil and its future.

Guide the development of FDC's global vision and strategy.
Chairman of the council
The chairman of the International Advisory Council will be appointed by the FDC Board from a list of names suggested by the FDC Presidency and will have a three-year-mandate. Professor Donald P. Jacobs, dean emeritus of the Kellogg School of Management, has been recommended for the first chairmanship.
