Partnership for Shareholder Development
Working Dynamics
PDA activities are carried out in two distinct stages:
The first stage offers Presential Modules in 1.5 to 2-day monthly meetings.Meetings are focused on the development of concepts, debates among participants from different generations, exchange of experiences among the different families and on the knowledge of FDC’s professors and researchers. In addition, the partnership provides for private meetings with each family in order to deliver specific assistance.
Upon completion of this first stage, families are integrated into the PDA Network, where they will be able to obtain
Applied Monitoring on distinct and selected themes that help them proceed with the development of the owner family. The length of a specific Applied Monitoring depends on each family.
Besides Applied Monitoring activities, families also attend Quarterly Meetings and an Annual Meeting.
Support on Demand
Another differential provided by PDA is the so-called Support on Demand. PDA’s multidisciplinary team of professionals, highly skilled in relevant subjects to owner families, offers an opportunity to identify and debate particular issues of each company, in an attempt to develop a more suitable educational solution to guarantee continuous growth for companies and owner families. There is also the possibility of creating groups of members operating in the same segment and sponsored by organizations capable of mobilizing companies.
