Integrated Development Network - RDI
Presentation
In the current scenario organizations whose productive chains work within networks have great sustainable growth potential. However, network governance has become a challenge for these organizations.
RDI - Integrated Development Network - aims to develop skills in management and governance within a network made up by "anchor" organizations together with other companies in the context of their productive chains.
Thus, as it builds the management skills of these companies and their productive chains, RDI intends to prepare them to perform individually as well as a group within the context of the intense competition that characterizes increasingly globalized markets while also favoring the setting up of stronger alliances between the "anchors" and their productive chains.
RDI intends to generate reciprocal value by establishing a strategic alliance and cooperation process among the partner companies so as to reach the objectives agreed upon among the members of the partnership.
Target Audience
Organizations that belong to a productive chain, that is, an "anchor" company and the other participating partner companies, companies that belong to clusters, and cooperative and/or association networks, among others.
