FDC promotes cooperation among companies to exchange
experiences and build new paths
Differently from chemistry or physics, business management does not work in a laboratory. It is the company itself that is the laboratory where things happen. That is why the link between school and company is a basic condition for management concepts to evolve.
When companies look only at their own experiences they run the risk of becoming restrained by their own competencies, losing the perspective that comes from drawing comparisons and thus repeating only established standards.
To solve this issue, FDC works as a facilitator to establish networks of companies through Business Partnerships. Executives from organizations meet so that they can, collectively, exchange experiences, discuss relevant themes and find shared solutions for the problems they have in common.
These partnerships work as a sounding board for current needs and future trends and, in the end, work as centers where new management tools will be created.
