International EFMD-FDC Conference – Strategic Movements in Business Education
What are the main strategic movements that impact the field of Business Education? What are the new strategic arrangements and business models that characterize it? What are the roles of the different actors involved in the sector and how do they position themselves? What new kinds of alliances, mergers and partnerships are being orchestrated among Business Schools, Consulting Firms and Corporate Universities? What is the current scenario like in Business Education and where is it leading to?
These will be some of the targeted questions at the Strategic Movements in Business Education conference, which aims to analyze experiences and trends in the field from the perspective of its different players, namely, Business Schools, Corporate Universities and Consulting Firms, by basing itself on an international study developed by FDC about the theme.
Fundação Dom Cabral, the institution that hosts the event, is the 13th best business school in the world according to the Financial Times newspaper 2009 executive education ranking. In 2007 FDC was accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS).
FDC is located in the State of Minas Gerais and near historical cities such as Ouro Preto, whose baroque architecture has led UNESCO to name it a World Heritage Center. Minas Gerais is also famous for having one of the most exuberant cuisines in the world and great historical importance to Brazil.
We look forward to seeing you in Brazil.
