Strategic People Management
Program Framework
Brazil Stage
Based on structured content, experiences and reflections, participants come into contact with fundamental issues in people management from three temporal perspectives. The first perspective recovers the social/historical process of work and how people management came to be a response to such a movement.
The second stage deals with current reality and focuses on peoples’ cultural development. Finally, the third perspective brings the theme of lasting development and its challenges to people management so that participants can raise issues they will reflect upon during the France stage.
France Stage
For a full week, participants will be encouraged to enhance their role as people strategy leaders and managers through case studies, international experience, experience sharing and an approach through which they will reflect about innovative and instigating themes linked to organizational strategy and its impact on people management.
During this stage participants will have the chance to experience different realities by exchanging ideas and networking among themselves and with international professors.
