FDC believes that each organization has its own identity, a differentiated level of competencies, plans and development aims.
It is based on such a premise that a Customized Program is built together with clients to meet their specific development needs.
A Customized Program is a process that will promote an organization’s development and/or change. Teams from the client organization and from FDC work together based on a defined problem.
FDC’s main differential lies in its focus on the educational characteristics of the process, which are based on some important premises:
• Clients are the protagonists of the process, the ones who know their organizations’ reality and the environment they are inserted in very well. |
• FDC adds value to the process by mobilizing existing knowledge, by articulating it with new knowledge while using contemporary methodologies and applying them to the organizations’ context.
• The educational characteristics make it possible for the people involved to develop answers to the problem, elaborate the knowledge that has been generated and apply it to new situations.
It is based on an analysis of the demand and of the results aimed for that FDC and its clients will build the program together. Such program can range from skills building and development focused on the performance of the people involved to educational intervention that promotes active and intentional organizational change.
